Today’s DAO have two primitives: token (participation/governance) and a multi-sig wallet (shared resource/treasury)
Governance tokens have advantages verse traditional companies in speed to make decisions, participation of the community and executed on-chain increasing transparency
Easy to buy or bribe DAO governance holders allowing for a potential attack vector that DAO need to plan for.
